Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana 2023-24 Application started for Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana, Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana Eligibility, Required Documnets, Apply Online: Students studying in class 12th and as regular students in government and private schools of Rajasthan state and Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana has been launched by the Honorable Chief Minister of Rajasthan with the aim of encouraging them to score more marks in class 12th and to develop the spirit of competition among the students and to motivate them for higher education. Interested and eligible students can apply under this scheme and get a free scooter. Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana Online applications for the year 2023-24 have started from 4 October 2023, which will continue till 31 October 2023. Eligibility to avail benefits under Rajasthan Kalibai Bhil Scooty Scheme
- Girl students who have passed Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education with minimum 65 percent marks in class 12th and have passed Class 12th with minimum 75 percent marks in Central Board of Secondary Education, who are studying in any school in Rajasthan.
- On obtaining the prescribed percentage of marks in the scheme run by the concerned department in the class 12th examination as a regular student in government (including residential schools run by the state government) and private schools. The marks obtained in the supplementary examination will not be included in the above prescribed percentage of marks.
- Graduation degree from any Rajasthan based college like (BABED / B.SC.BED/ B.COM.BED/BE/B.TECH/ B.ARCH / MBBS / IIT / BBA / BBM / BCA / BDS / BHMS / BAMS / LAW/etc.) and studying as a regular student.
- If there is a gap of one year from the year of passing 12th class in admission to graduate degree, the benefit of Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana will not be payable.
- Girl students receiving financial assistance under any other scheme will also be benefited under Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana . Girl students receiving financial assistance/scholarship under any other scheme will not be deprived of this scheme.
- Those girl students who have availed the benefit of Scooty in any scheme of the State Government on the basis of marks obtained in any of their classes before the implementation of Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana, will not be eligible to get Scooty in this scheme. But in the past, if any girl has received Scooty on the basis of 10th class result from TAD Department, School Education Department, then that student will get a lump sum amount of Rs 40,000 if she becomes eligible on the basis of 12th result. .
- In the schemes covered under Devnarayan Yojana and Rajasthan Kali Bai Bheel Scooty Yojana, the income limit of the parents of the beneficiary student will be Rs 2.5 lakh annually.
- The benefit of the scheme run by the TAD department will be given to all eligible girl students from families who do not pay income tax.
Documents required to apply for Rajasthan Kalibai Scooty Scheme
To apply for Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana, the applicant must have the following documents:-
- Aadhar card

- bank passbook
- Birth certificate
- Basic address proof
- Education Qualification Marksheet/Certificate
- fee receipt
- I Certificate
- Jan Aadhaar/Bhamashah Card
Benefits payable under Rajasthan Kalibai Bhil Scooty Scheme
Under the Rajasthan Kalibai Bhil Medhavi Girl Scooty Scheme, along with the distribution of scooters to the girl students, the following benefits will also be provided –

- Transportation expenses till handing over of the student (registration, transfer of name of the student)
- One year general insurance,
- Five Year Third Party Insurance,
- Two liters of petrol (once at the time of delivery)
- a helmet
Note: Scooty cannot be sold / sold before 5 years from the date of registration of Scooty.
Distribution ratio of total number of Scooty provided under Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana
50 percent scooty will be sanctioned to girl students studying in government schools of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education and 25 percent scooty will be sanctioned to girl students of private schools. 25 percent scooty can be given individually to girl students passed from government/private schools of Central Board of Secondary Education. All the departments will keep the following ratio in the total number of Scooties to be distributed in different departments under Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana-
- In the Faculty of Science – 40 percent of the total marks
- In commercial sector – 5 percent of the total scooty
- In Arts Faculty – 55 percent out of total marks
- Senior Upadhyaya category – 7 scooties out of total scooties (at divisional level)
The percentage of girl students from government and private schools of Central Board of Secondary Education has been kept at 25 but considering the practicality of division, the percentage can be increased/decreased. No beneficiary will be able to claim the scooter through the court. Selection under Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana will be done by each department from among the eligible girl students on the basis of district wise preference.
Application and approval process for Rajasthan Kalibai Bhil Scooty Scheme
Interested and eligible students can apply online for Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana through any close friend or through their own SSO ID. Also, the student will have to upload all the necessary documents mentioned below.
- A student can apply in more than one category, but the software should be developed in such a way that only one approval is issued for any one Aadhaar number / Jan Aadhaar card number.
- Eligible girl students will apply in respective categories as per their eligibility. The prescribed application form for the respective category will have to be filled online and uploaded on the portal by the prescribed date. A common portal will be developed by the department for this. The portal will work on the basis of Aadhar number/Jan Aadhar card number. The applications received under the scheme will be properly monitored so that there is no duplication in availing benefits. - Every department will be able to verify the application forms and documents received under Rajasthan KaliBai Bheel Scooty Yojana and issue approval online.
- The Principal will do the necessary checking of the application forms and certificates received by the college, match and verify the name, father's name, class faculty and other information of each student and forward it online to the nodal officer of his district. The District Nodal Officer will scrutinize all the applications and prepare a district wise priority list and forward it online to the Commissionerate on the scheduled date.
